Who we are

Unfold A2X Limited ("Unfold A2X", "we") is the controller of the personal data described here. We are licensed in the Masdar City Free Zone, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates (licence no. MC 14869), at Incubator Building, Masdar City.

What we collect

• Contact form: your full name, business email address, company, country, the service you are interested in, your message, and a record that you agreed to be contacted.
• Booking a call: if you book through our scheduling page, your name, email address, chosen time and any notes you add.
• Email: what you choose to send us when you write to us directly.
• Technical data: our hosting provider processes your IP address and basic request information to deliver the site and keep it secure.
• Usage statistics: we measure page views and whether enquiries are sent, using Vercel Web Analytics. It is cookie-free, does not identify you and does not track you across other websites.

Why we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and arrange meetings (with your consent, and to take steps at your request before any contract).
• To run and secure the website (our legitimate interest).
• To understand, in aggregate, how the site is used so we can improve it (our legitimate interest).

We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or add you to a mailing list without asking.

Who processes it for us

• Vercel Inc. (website hosting and analytics).
• Resend (delivering contact-form messages to our inbox).
• Microsoft (our business email, Microsoft 365).
• Our scheduling provider, if you book a call through the booking page.

These providers act on our instructions. Some of them store or process data outside the UAE, including in the United States and the European Union. Where that happens, we rely on the safeguards they offer, such as standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries and related correspondence for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless they lead to a business relationship, in which case we keep them for as long as the relationship and our legal obligations require. Hosting logs are kept by our hosting provider for a short period for security purposes.

Your rights

Under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) and, where it applies to you, the EU and UK GDPR, you can ask us to: access the data we hold about you; correct it; delete it; restrict or object to how we use it; receive it in a portable format; and withdraw consent at any time.

Cookies

This website does not set cookies. If you open our booking page, the scheduling provider may use its own cookies, as described in its policy.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS, and form submissions go directly to our email provider. Access to enquiries is limited to the people who need them to reply.

Changes

If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
